Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help

improve cardiovascular fitness.

Aerial

Challenge your existing yoga, fitness, or dance practice to new heights! Amped Fitness utilizes the aerial Hammock (and sometimes Lyra!) for an adaptable and dynamic experience. Great for all levels!

STRONG Nation

STRONG Nation™ is a high-intensity, total-body workout that will give you the confidence you need to get up and get moving. The high-energy routines tone every muscle group by combining plyometric movements like high knees with isometric movements like lunges.

Tap Dance

If you want to get an invigorating full body workout, a tap dance class may be just what you’re looking for. During a tap dance class, your legs will do a majority of the work, however, there will be movements that require you to lift your arms, strengthening your arm muscles. When your arms and legs move together, it causes your heart rate to go up, resulting in an effective cardiovascular workout. A great class for all ages.

Sculpt & Slay

Sculpt & Slay is a circuit-based strength training class infused with an occasional dance break to obtain and maintain an elevated heart rate (with some booty shaking to boot!).

Yoga Scuplt

A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

DanceFit

DanceFit is a high-energy cardio class that uses dance combinations, aerobic steps, and muscle toning exercises. Set to hip-hop and pop music, don't miss out on this SUPER FUN dance-based workout!

Power Up

Re-Boot is a 45-minute beginner class that focuses on functional strength and conditioning with the goals of building muscle, burning fat, and improving cardiovascular health. This class is ideal for those new to fitness or getting back in the game!

Hip Hop Dance

Hip hop dance is a range of street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop music. Enjoy our 60 minute class of sweat and swagger that's great for all levels!
