From Zumba and DanceFit to Aerial Fitness and Dance, Amped Fitness by HDA has a class for everyone day or night! You can even get the kiddos involved in our Zumba kids or Family Zumba classes, or enjoy a class to yourself while your child is enjoying their traditional dance class at Hermitage Dance Academy.
